What is your turnaround time?

All items are made to order. Our current turnaround time is 10–14 business days, beginning the first business day afteryour order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Can you provide an estimated delivery date?

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to provide individual delivery estimates. Orders ship within the posted turnaround time, and tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.

What if I email for an update before the turnaround time is complete?

If your order is still within the stated turnaround time, you will receive the same information outlined here. Updates are sent automatically once your order ships.

Do you offer rush orders or exceptions?

At this time, we do not offer rush production or delivery exceptions

Will emailing speed up my order?

No. Contacting us does not change production or shipping timelines. Orders are processed in the order they are received

When should I contact you about my order?

Please contact us only if:

  • Your order has exceeded the posted turnaround time, or
  • There is an issue after your order has shipped

What happens if I need my order by a specific date?

If you need an item by a specific date, please ensure the turnaround time aligns before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
