Refund policy

We do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

If there is something wrong with your order, send us an email at mentallybalancedllc@gmail.com so we can help! Emails must be sent within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All sales are final, please be sure to review your order details and shipping information before completing your purchase. You will not be able to make changes after. 

 

If your order was returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, or if your order requires a new address to be shipped to, you will be recharged the shipping rate to get your order shipped out to you. If you do not wish to repay for shipping, you will be refunded for your order minus the cost of shipping and up to a $5 service and restocking fee. The refund will be given as a gift card.

Please double-check your shipping information before checking out as we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed.
